Jessica, Bobbie Anne Cox has been fighting this case pro bono in NY for several years. She won at the trial level (astonishing when up against the state) but the case was dismissed due to "lack of standing" at the appellate level which stated that the only person who could bring such a case was someone wasting away in quarantine who had no recourse and very deep pockets. A true travesty of justice -- there are many but this is among the worst.
This was well covered in a Brownstone article the other day...worth reading. Any help/exposure you can give to it can only be good. This is about as egregious as things come.
Bobbie Anne succeeded in getting it overturned, only for Hochul to appeal the decision. The politicos have gone wild with the health care meme as an excuse to power trip and throw peeps in 'quarantine' without charge. Its inversely related to the intelligence of the politicians in charge . With Trudeau we can continue to have fascism masquerading as community health(sic).
I don't see any reference to penalties for resisting such an order Anyone know?

The first two volumes describe the arrest, conviction, transport, and imprisonment of the Gulag’s victims from 1918 to 1956...
And it's happened a few times before and since under different guises.
People were convicted for the occasional actual crime, dissent, for fighting the war against Germany and for not fighting in the war, and for no apparent reason.
The aim was to confuse, but the target is natural human fear.
We cannot control how we will act when faced with crisis. Fight or flight is not a choice.
But if one knows that they are harvesting our fear for their evil energy theft, and knows that running will only delay the torture, and that only collective resistance ( looking out for ones neighbour) might make any difference, then maybe we can overcome our biology... before THEY do.
Frightening times
i'm assuming the only people left in New York are there because of extended family or a job they simply can't leave. My heart goes out to them, but everyone else needs to leave. The crime rate is skyrocketing and they are taking your civil liberties away. It's heartbreaking to watch one of the most famous cities in the world go down in flames.
