Jessica, Bobbie Anne Cox has been fighting this case pro bono in NY for several years. She won at the trial level (astonishing when up against the state) but the case was dismissed due to "lack of standing" at the appellate level which stated that the only person who could bring such a case was someone wasting away in quarantine who had no recourse and very deep pockets. A true travesty of justice -- there are many but this is among the worst.
This was well covered in a Brownstone article the other day...worth reading. Any help/exposure you can give to it can only be good. This is about as egregious as things come.
It appears what SHOULD be pursued by Bobbie Cox and others in a position to make a difference is to actually USE this strategy against the perps, PLAN for it's being used as a main strategy by this opposition in the future, Create NEW legislation preventing this strategy -- PERIOD.
"Because the court seems to insinuate that the only person with the right to sue is someone who has been forcibly locked in their home against their will, or ripped from their home, taken from their loved ones, and thrown into a quarantine detention center, facility, institution, camp, etc. (pick your noun, doesn’t matter).
