Rule 2.13 in New York sounds like a nightmare

I don’t know if it’s true that they can abduct you for having ‘suspected’ ‘conditions’ or ‘diseases’ with regard to this particular ‘Rule’, but I have seen word use similar in other documents over the past few years. Words such as ‘suspected illness’, etc… I think if this is true that people really need to know about it. I didn’t know about until this Bronx Beat video enlightened me.
According to this lady, we’re waiting on the New York State Court of Appeal to shut this down.
I should have indeed given a shout-out to Bobbie Anne Cox. She's been fighting this crap for free for quite a while now.
Jessica, Bobbie Anne Cox has been fighting this case pro bono in NY for several years. She won at the trial level (astonishing when up against the state) but the case was dismissed due to "lack of standing" at the appellate level which stated that the only person who could bring such a case was someone wasting away in quarantine who had no recourse and very deep pockets. A true travesty of justice -- there are many but this is among the worst.
This was well covered in a Brownstone article the other day...worth reading. Any help/exposure you can give to it can only be good. This is about as egregious as things come.
