Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) to help Canadians kill even more people

This is pathological. If Canadians are depressed or sick, maybe they should stop being oppressed and get help from healers.

I wrote about this before in an article I penned entitled: “Veteran encouraged to end his own life 'with government assistance'? Government-assisted suicide is being normalized in Canada”.

In that article, I get into the Medical Assistance in Dying Canada regulations and I found some disturbing things. Basically, Bill C-7 this is about amending the Canadian Criminal Code to legalize aided suicide for more inclusive demographics as time progresses to include people younger than 18?, people with mental issues (which is literally everyone), and even babies with ‘grave syndromes’.

5 (1) A comprehensive review of the provisions of the Criminal Code relating to medical assistance in dying and their application, including but not limited to issues relating to mature minors, advance requests, mental illness, the state of palliative care in Canada and the protection of Canadians with disabilities must be undertaken by a Joint Committee of both Houses of Parliament.¹

Now I am definitely no lawyer, but I think I understand that there is a consistent push in Canada right now to make it legal to kill a broader range of people as time passes. Did I get that right?

From March 2023, patients with mental health issues but no qualifying physical ailment will be able to request MAID if doctors consider their condition ‘intolerable’.²

Here’s a link to site that allows allows Canadians to be equally entitled to ‘die with dignity’, eventually, no matter what. How disgusting that instead of promoting mental well-being and health with government-assisted support, suicide is being promoted - all with a smile. As House MD once said, you can live with dignity, you can’t die with it. And I agree with the writers of that statement.

I looked into Canadian statistics on MAiD deaths and plotted the data:

The numbers are growing and the question is, are they growing in a linear fashion or exponential fashion? One thing is for sure: more depressed/sick people + ease with which to legally kill = more dead people. One very effective way to make people sick and depressed is to isolate them and terrorize them with constant fear propaganda on the “TV”.

Create a world of patients then convince them it’s better not to live and then help them to die. This is NOT the Canada I grew up in.
