China loans money at high rates to desperate countries with their natural resources, ports, airports, infrastructure, etc. as collateral. Then China helps to make sure that the countries are unable to pay their debts back and take over the collateral. See "Belt and Road Initiative". Joshua Philipp is an expert at all this.
Trudeau's the Newsom of the North, and Newsom tried to drain all the water out of the dams in California (3-5 years worth in one winter), and then cutoff farmers from having water during the resulting years' droughts.
