That statement looks suspiciously identical to drivers set out at Event 201 in Oct 2019, when the entire plandemic was rehearsed all the way down to fake CNN "repeaters" dutifully terrifying the public, then preparing them to pant & beg for the big reveal.
It was executed shamelessly, and may still be on You-Tube if these death merchants are truly confident in their power to "kill it" and keep on winning...

So when are we going to rise up and call these people to account? you were not supposed to be around other people but it was okay to go with several hundreds to the jab place. same happened in Belgium where dad and my disabled mom had to go to the sports hall where 2 yard distance did the trick. How can people be so blind. They were forbidden to meet with more than 4 at home but this was okay.

And if you're gathering indoors with other people or elves, open a door or a window for a few minutes at a time to let in some fresh air. The more items you check off the list the more protected you are.
MRS. CLAUS: Yes you can think of it like decorating a tree. You need tinsel, lights, ornaments, and a star on top. The tree is at its best when all the decorations are up and nicely layered.
