College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario Tribunal
The Cases of Canadian Drs. Patrick Phillips, Mark Trozzi, and Crystal Luchkiw
Update: I took down the YouTube link to the Tribunal just in case they try something pertaining to reproducing the material. The picture I chose to use as the face of this Substack is a screen shot that refers to the large number of Canadian doctors who have died unexpectedly since having their COVID injections.
This article is a Substack written by Byram Bridle that I am copying due to its relevance and importance to all doctors around the world.
We were permitted to watch only due to overwhelming numbers of demands for transparency.
Legal Hearings Are Public Affairs in Canada
This Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at 9:00 am (Eastern Standard Time), there will be a tribunal hearing in the case of Drs. Phillips, Trozzi, and Luchkiw. In my expert opinion, the overwhelming weight of the peer-reviewed scientific literature shows that these are doctors that had incredible foresight and courage at a time when their views were considered unpopular by less critically thinking physicians. Their abilities to practice medicine have been restricted by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Personally, I am keen to observe if this will be a COVID-19-related legal decision that is made based on the weight of the scientific evidence. If so, it will be a conspicuously rare occurrence in Canada where COVID-19-related legal decisions have been made based on anything but the evidence. In this country, legal proceedings can be overseen by the public.
Note the following:
“NO ONE MAY RECORD, TAKE A SCREEN SHOT OR DISTRIBUTE ANY RECORDING OF THE HEARING. IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE, YOU MAY BE FOUND GUILTY OF AN OFFENSE AND BE ORDERED TO PAY A FINE OF UP TO $25,000 UNDER S. 29 OF THE STATUTORY POWERS PROCEDURE ACT.””
"It is prohibited to record or broadcast this hearing or take photos or screen captures of it. Breaking this rule may lead to fines of up to $25,000 under s. 29 of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act. There is usually a publication ban ordered by the Tribunal on information that could identify patients or complainants. For information about whether there is a publication ban or a copy of any order, contact the Tribunal Office at tribunal@opsdt.ca."
Thank you for sharing this. Time is to shine the light on dark corners.
