perhaps there is a way forward networking alternative health care systems alongside alternative education systems on a state-wide level? i'm using the word alternative in a lazy way here. but if some states are willing to politically go against the mainstream (florida almost sort of tried to do this) then it could allow for entire regions to reject the AMA's dictatorship over these other sectors ... because it seems to me that every legacy system and institution is in need of reforming ... so we may have to do them all at once ...

The problem is that the CDC is commanded by an admiral and is part of the Navy. It can search aircraft, vessels, and anything else crossing the border to hunt for disease, but it has no authority over medical practice within US borders. So held the Supreme Court in two recent rulings, the Dobbs abortion case and then a week later by 9-0 vote in Ruan v US. Our Constitution assigns no authority to the President (who commands the admiral in command of the CDC) to decide administratively about medical standards of care and gives Congress no authority to write laws about it. That power, which governs every medical subject from abortion to zymase, rests with the 50 states.
Since CDC has no concept of how to perform its primary mission (why are Public Health Service personnel absent from all our ports of entry?), I suggest we downsize the CDC by 75% and roll what's left into Customs and Border Protection.
From the very beginning, it was clear that everything that they directed and mandated us to do would lead to poorer health. It just keeps getting worse and worse.
My policy is, do exactly the opposite of what any public health agency is bidding you to do until you’ve had time to research it out thoroughly.

A way forward?
1.
We as human beings face the following. We are in the midst of a large test injection program.
2.
Natural immunity is not recognized
3.
There is no control group recognized
Since we the citizens of the USA and the world are the test subjects of a the largest test injection program ever. We need to demand the following.
1) Natural immunity must be paramount
2) There must be a Control group. Not mice, but humans.
3) All humans have a right to choose which group to participate in Control or Injected.
4) All contents of Injectables must be fully disclosed as documented by third party analysis. Further spot checks by third party of vials directly from the manufacturing line to continuously verify contents and purity.
Remember the Occupy movement. We need another. This time we all need to Occupy our bodies. We need to demand at a minimum the four points above.
I believe that the scientist I have read on substack and their peers are qualified to set up global test criteria. These criteria must be rigorously followed and when harms that exceed the harms of past true vaccines occur the Injectables must no longer be injected into the test group.
If they do vote for this I think it will inevitably have a consequence they do not intend. Whilst there will be a number of parents who just go to their doctor and have their children vaccinated in accordance with the schedule without questioning anything, I also believe that many more parents may say to themselves, (and especially those who have chosen not to have their children vaccinated for COVID despite the availability of those vaccines), hang on a minute, these vaccinations aren’t necessary and don’t have a discernable benefit to my child, what OTHER vaccines might my child not need. This will bring into the spotlight the entire childhood vaccination schedule and I think it will turn many away from it.
Why does the weaponization of fear continue unabated?
The narrative of public health figures worldwide has been carefully constructed over the past two years to foster a sense of dependence upon the collective.
Fostering dependence removes personal accountability for one’s health and increases susceptibility to messaging that does not align with actual data yet tragically fuels little resistance.
Little resistance results in continued fear -based messaging. In turn the public proclamations are utilized evermore to reinforce a narrative that has little semblance to any support of public health yet provides increasing opportunities for non-elected and elected individuals to assert desire and shape outcome.
To eliminate this weaponization of fear one must reclaim one’s health. It is time once again to be accountable for our own wellness and not give our power to those in the public realm whom are purportedly entrusted to provide guidance.
Without doing so we will continue to be subjugated to a narrative that incites the devolution of health and wellness.

by them on legal strategies against this prevailing madness:

Al Capone didn't go down for racketeering, but tax evasion. Here's a similar strategy with 2 cases-in-point.
In a book I read years ago on restoring land and forests, a nonprofit organization had their operation turbocharged by the use of free waste mash donated by a local orange juice producer. The juice company found it cheaper to give it to them than to process & dispose of it conventionally. This win-win story had an unhappy ending. Other juice companies, who had no option but conventional disposal requirements, sued the company to end the donations. Their case was based on the premise that the donating company had an unfair business advantage over others. They won.
That example was from a country in South America.
BUT in the United States, Microsoft was once sued for wrongful benefits derived by bundling Internet Explorer with its Windows operating system.
I remember that
they claimed it was an integral and inseparable part of the operating system. A skeptical judge had a technician remove IE from the program, with no resulting problems.
I believe that the subsidies, commissions, rewards, grants and outright bribes (plus a government-funded virtual monopoly imposed upon on remedial procedure) provide unfair business advantages over companies and entities that provide affordable, proven COVID prevention / mitigation / cure products and methods.
I suspect there are a hell of a lot of injured businesses that would get on board such an effort, and that their sheer numbers and collective financial strength would bring success to it.
The fact that court proceedings are public records, the public exposure of this matter could at the very least sour the market for Covid Cartel members' products and procedures and/or provoke public pressure to end the status quo.

What do you make of Stephanie Seneff and Zach Bush’s argument that glyphosate is the main reason for autism (and cancers)? Is it the combination of them, or are they separately manifesting themselves in different kids (i e, some are on the spectrum due to glyphosate, and some due to vaccination, more or less independently?
Here is a list of the members of the ACIP board that recommended adding these shots to the childhood vaccination schedule. Perhaps they should hear from us.
